Cirrus Business Solutions is led by Sarah Armstrong, an experienced commercially-driven HR and change professional.

Having had early success in sales, business development and customer services management roles she chose to pursue her growing passion for people and organisational development through a career in HR.

After 13 years working for large corporates including Mars, Zurich Financial Services and Santander, Sarah established Cirrus Business Solutions in 2006 – bringing together her broad commercial leadership experience and professional expertise to add real strategic value to organisations she works with.

Our ethos

Leading and facilitating organisational change has been at the heart of everything I have done in my career.

Partnering senior business leaders and building strong working relationships enables me to gain a deep understanding of the business challenges and opportunities. The solutions I develop are bespoke to the organisation and designed to facilitate profitable growth and business performance improvement.

However engaged, the aim is always to deliver sustainable outcomes that are developmental for the organisation and not just resolving presenting problems.  This enables clients to build themselves as a business and an employer.  Transferring capability to the businesses I partner is a key aspect of this.

As well as supporting the fulfillment of business strategy, I have become increasingly interested in working with HR teams and personnel to enhance their contribution and improve the commercial impact they have on their
businesses.
